Pilates Mat Workout... an exercise system to strengthen core muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall mental and physical health by using breath and mental awareness. Pilates is appreciated by everyone from elite athletes to seniors. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00pm or 6:45pm.
