SK Little League Baseball Player Evaluations and Registration

The South Kingstown Little League will be holding baseball player evaluations for those not currently playing at the Major League level  on Saturday, March 5th at the South County Sports Complex, 1425 Kingstown Road (in the PeaceDale Mill Complex).

All baseball players between the ages of 10 and 12 as of April 30, 2011, who were NOT on a Major League team last year, plus 9 year olds who did not participate in SKLL in 2010, will be required to participate in an evaluation on this day.  Players who do not attend evaluations will not be eligible for the Major League draft.  If you do not want your 10 to 12 year old child to be eligible for the Majors, you must you must notify SKLL before March 5th. Younger players do not need to attend and will be placed by Division Coordinators. 

Also, please be aware that the registration deadline is March 5th. Any player who is not registered by that date cannot play in Majors. If you have not yet registered, you may do so online at skll.org or in person at the March 5th evaluations. If you will be registering in person, please print out and complete the registration form before you arrive for evaluations.

The start times are as follows:

12 year olds – 11:00am
11 year olds (last names A-L) – 11:30am
11 year olds (last names M-Z) – 12:30pm
10 year olds (last names A-L) – 1:30pm
10 year olds (last names M-Z) – 2:45pm
9 year olds (who didn’t participate in SKLL last year) – 4:00pm
