Young band musicians selected from 28 high schools in RI and MA will rehearse and perform together in this annual festival of band talent. The public is invited to sit in on rehearsals during the afternoon, and to attend the free evening concert, which will also feature the American Band. Dr. Richard Mayne from the University of Northern Colorado is this year's special guest conductor.
