Join us for the South County Hospital Celebration of Life 5K Run/Walk to benefit Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation Wellness & Fitness Center.
This event will be held rain or shine at the hospital. Registration will open on April 27th at the cardiopulmonary Wellness and Fitness Center in the Medical Building from 9 – 11am & 4-6pm.
