FREE Certification Opportunity

The Education Exchange is offering a FREE ServSafe Kitchen Manager Certification Course at its Peace Dale location. The ServSafe program blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. All content and materials are based on actual job tasks identified by food service industry experts.

Learn the proper way to:

• Set-up/break down restaurants and kitchens,
• Handle orders, purchases, inventory
• Storage and sanitation
• Kitchen maintenance, and much more!

Participants will earn the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

There are 20 spots available in the course which are given on a first come, first served basis.

Class Location: The Education Exchange

Meeting Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays, March 29th - April 7th.

Class Times: 10:00am to 2:30pm.
