GFWC Women's Club Of South County Accepting Grant Applications

Local Nonprofit Groups May Apply For Grants To Meet The Needs Of Washington County Residents

GFWC Women's Club of South County, a nonprofit, local civic organization, is accepting applications for Grow Hope Grants to be awarded later this year. Funding ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars and is available to help local nonprofit groups meet the needs of Washington County residents. This year the club is accepting grant applications for programs that focus on four areas of need: food insecurity, homelessness, mental health, and domestic violence, with special consideration given for programs in these areas that also improve the lives of women and children. Only 501 (c) (3) organizations, with offices in Rhode Island, are eligible. To apply, visit www.gfwcri.org and select South County, then select Grow Hope Grants.
