Grow Hope Grants Available For Nonprofit Initiatives

GFWC Women's Club Of South County Will Help Local Nonprofits Fund Programs In The Arts, Conservation, Education, And Social Services

The GFWC Women’s Club of South County, a nonprofit civic organization, is accepting applications for Grow Hope Grants to be awarded later this year. Funding ranges from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars and is available to help local nonprofit groups meet the needs of Washington County residents in four focus areas: Arts, Conservation, Education, and Social Services. Only 501 (c)(3) organizations are eligible. To learn more or to apply, visit www.gfwcri.org, select South County, and select GROW HOPE on the drop-down menu. The application deadline is 6 September 2019.

The GFWC Women’s Club of South County brings together women of diverse backgrounds who want to “live the volunteer spirit.” For more than fifty years, the club has provided tens of thousands of hours of volunteer service and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Grow Hope Grants, educational scholarships for women in need, and other worthy causes.
