Heavy Rain to Hit Narragansett This Week

Heavy rain is in store for Narragansett and South Kingstown this week.

Showers will start Tuesday night and continue on and off through Friday.

Here’s the latest National Weather Service forecast:

• Tuesday: Shows starting around 11 p.m. Wind gusts as high as 22 mph. Low of 37 degrees.
• Wednesday: Rain likely. Windy, with gusts as high as 30 mph. High 41, low 35.
• Thursday: Rain likely. Windy, with gusts as high as 30 mph. High 41, low 38.
• Friday: Chance of rain. High 54, low 45.
• Saturday: Partly sunny. High 53, low 39.
