Iggy’s Doughboys & Chowder House Honored by Groupon

Groupon has honored Iggy’s Doughboys & Chowder House as part of its annual Best of Groupon collection, which recognizes local businesses for the popularity of their Groupon campaigns and high levels of customer service. 

The restaurant has two locations: 1157 Point Judith Road in Narragansett and their original location at 889 Oakland Beach Avenue in Warwick.

Only a handful of merchants received the Best of Groupon distinction and you can find them on GrouponWorks.com. Best of Groupons merchants span a wide range of geographies and industries including health and beauty, food and drink and activities-based businesses, in a statement released Tuesday.

“We¹re proud to work with Iggy’s, and we’re honored to connect our customers with such great merchants who’ve delivered exceptional levels of service,” said Julie Szudarek, senior vice president, Groupon Local Deals in the statement.

Iggy’s Doughboys & Chowder House President and owner David Gravino said the decision for his company to work with Groupon was simple because it connected his business with a wide  range of local customers, many of which have become regulars and familiar  faces

“We were able to customize our offer to meet essential business needs and diversify the ways in which we promote our business,” he added.
