Leann D'Ettore Installed as 110th President of GPBOR
Narragansett resident, real estate broker, installed as President of trade association

LEANN D’ETTORE INSTALLED AS THE 110TH PRESIDENT
OF THE GREATER PROVIDENCE BOARD OF REALTORS®
Leann D’Ettore, CEO and Founder of Next Home Real Estate in Cranston, Rhode Island, was installed as the 110th President of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the Squantum Association in East Providence. Ms. D’Ettore is Director of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, the GPBOR C.A.R.E. (Community Awareness REALTOR® Events) Charity and currently serves on the Greater Providence Board’s Executive, CARE, Finance, Nominating and REALTOR® of the Year Committees.

At its Annual Meeting, the Board also recognized its 2016 REALTOR® of the Year Richard Epstein and honored Claire Puleo with the REALTOR® Emeritus Award. This award recognizes a member of the Association of forty years or more and who has provided dedicated service as a volunteer of the organization. Mrs. Puleo is President of C.D. Puleo Realty in Providence, RI. Lastly, the 2016 Lear Award was presented to Salvatore B. Moio. This award is presented by the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® annually to a member who has actively volunteered with the Board for the betterment of the Association and industry. Mr. Moio is President of Henry W. Cooke Company in Warwick, RI.
The Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® is a chartered member Board of the National Association of REALTORS®. It was established in 1907 and serves over 1,700 REALTORS®, Appraisers and Affiliate members throughout the Greater Providence area. Its mission is to ensure the professional success of its members.
