Live AND Learn...

As I, oft times, do, I am reflecting back over my life, this AM, and thinking about the 'path', that, I have followed, albeit, a 'BUMPY'- one, at times, to get to where I am, today. In my, referring to 'where I'm at', this is in 'direct-proportion' to how I'm feeling, in all areas of my life, these, including, physical, emotional, and, spiritual; but...mostly, 'spiritual', which, for me encompasses the, real, TRUTH behind our journey, both here, and, on the, 'Other-Side'; for I believe, that, we are constantly growing, as we work our way toward that, 'Perfect, Loving'-Light', and, have been doing so, as a 'spiritual-entity' since Creation. Owning this, 'awareness', at least, as far as I feel, can make for a, very, 'challenging' existence; for, believing, that, with everything we do, there is a 'consequence', which, impacts our 'spiritual-development', causes me to want to make 'better'-choices; but, sometimes...I don't opt for the 'optimal'-option... and, this can create bit of 'conflict' within my person. Insomuch as I believe, as well, that, whenever a person picks-poorly, the 'direction' in which to proceed, with this, 'choice' capable of impacting negatively on another, as well as on one's-self, he or she can ask and WILL receive forgiveness from God, I am, still, aware of KARMA, and, it's inevitable, nature of 'what goes around, comes around'. It is very, true, that, what we 'put out' into the Universe, comes back to us, and, often times, 'tenfold'; so, it is VERY, important to make wise, well-thought-out, decisions. With all of this being said, I am, overall, quite, pleased with how my life has unfolded, and, barely, regret a thing. Instead of regretting and ruing a past, behaviour... thought, word, or deed, I, instead, pray for the ability to 'let go' and move forward, in the desire to be better. We all have choices to make, in this life. I have found, that, when we rely on our, 'conscience' to be our 'guide', in the process of making them, we tend to choose more wisely, with less opportunity for any, negative, ramification to come about as the result. I try, HARD, to make the 'right' decisions; yet, sometimes, I fail. I am grateful to KNOW, that, God forgives us our 'sins'; The 'challenge', sometimes, is in 'forgiving' ourselves. It's a thing I'm still working on...'One day at a time'. Just Sayin'...
