NARRAGANSETT, RI— The property at 0 Cormorant sold for $1,050,000, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. The vacant lot measures 0.92 acres. The sale price is the highest for land in Narragansett since the May 2016 sale of 0 Cliff Drive in Anawan Cliffs, the realtor said, based on statistics from the statewide Multiple Listing Service. That land went for $1,275,000.ot
