Narragansett Police Employee Tests Positive For Coronavirus
The case was found in weekly asymptomatic testing.

NARRAGANSETT, RI — A member of the Narragansett Police Department tested positive for coronavirus, the department announced Monday. The case was identified as part of the weekly asymptomatic testing.
The case was confirmed Sunday night, the department said, and the person is self-quarantining at home. The Rhode Island Department of Health is conducting contact tracing.
Throughout the pandemic, the department has been practicing social distancing, using personal protective equipment and cleaning facilities frequently, the department said.
