NARRAGANSETT-SOUTH KINGSTOWN — Water use restrictions have been lifted in Narragansett and South Kingstown, town officials said Wednesday.
The water ban has been in place since June amid the region experiencing a severe drought this summer. The ban was lifted for the following water systems:
- Veolia Rhode Island

Town officials said the lift on the water ban is effective immediately. But officials for both towns urged residents to use water wisely due to the lingering effects of the drought.
