Narragansett/South Kingstown Hour-by-Hour Forecast: Heavy Rain, T-Storms

Temperatures will drop into the 20s this weekend.

Heavy rain and possibly thunderstorms will hit the region Thursday afternoon into Friday.

Temperatures will then drop into the 20s Saturday and Sunday before rising back to seasonable levels Monday.

SHOWERS WITH BRIEF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL MAY RESULT IN TYPICAL NUISANCE POOR DRAINAGE STREET FLOODING THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...BUT NOT SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS ARE EXPECTED. THE RAIN COMBINED WITH SIGNIFICANT SNOWMELT MAY CAUSE SOME AREA RIVER LEVELS TO APPROACH FLOOD STAGE. HOWEVER...NO RIVER FLOODING IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED.
