South Kingstown police have identified the two men who were hurt after an explosion and fire at the Green Hill house in which they were producing marijuana butane hash oil.
Police said Dillon Kantlehner, 25, of South Kingstown; and Brett Carrano, 27, of West Warwick, remain in the hospital following the July 31 fire. Carrano is in critical condition and Kantlehner is in serious condition, police said.
Police did not say what caused the explosion and fire, but agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency and ATF agents were at the scene shortly after members of the Union Fire District put out the flames.

A source familiar with the investigation said the two men were producing marijuana butane hash oil, which likely caused the fire.
The process to produce the drug involves the use of butane in a enclosed environment.
