Randall, REALTORS Sells $3.5 million "cottage" in Watch Hill

The Randall, Realtors Watch Hill office has announced the sale of a contemporary cottage located at 111 Avondale Road in Watch Hill, R.I. for $3,525,000. It was the 4th highest sale in Westerly in the past 12 months. The parcel included a 3-level waterfront home with its own private dock and mooring. Built in 2015, the house sits on a 64,469 square foot lot on Colonel Willie Cove. Real estate taxes in 2015 were $39,545.

The buyer's agent for the August 29th sale was Trevor Ainsworth, of the Shoreline Homes Group at Randall, Realtors of Watch Hill. The listing agent was Olga Goff.
