Russell O. “Spud” Mack Jr., 74, of Matunuck Schoolhouse Rd., passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015 at home.
He was the beloved husband of Bonnie (Page) Mack; father of Dwayne, David, Donald and Douglas Mack; grandfather of eight; brother of Courtland, Christine and the late Maude.
Born in Hartford, CT, he was the son of the late Russell O. and Ada Rose (Jarvis) Mack. Spud worked as a union carpenter for over fifty years and as a lobsterman out of Galilee. He enjoyed his passion of farming for many years. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield. Visiting hours will be Tuesday 3-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Home and Hospice, 143 Main St., Wakefield, RI 02879
