Starting December 1, almost everything at Waves Of Creation on Main Street in Wakefield will be sales tax free because of the new statewide artisan tax exemption. Â Waves Of Creation carries the works of over 140 artisans, most from RI and New England.
Think of it this way...for every $50 you spend, you will save the equivalent of a gallon of gas. Â I'd say it is worth seeking out handmade/artisan made from now on, wouldn't you?
