Sign Of Spring: Brickley's Ice Cream To Reopen March 12
The Wakefield ice cream shop will reopen at 12 p.m. on March 12.
WAKEFIELD, RI — Spring is less than a month away, evidenced by the return of a South County standby. On Thursday, Brickley's Ice Cream announced its Wakefield location will reopen in just two weeks.
"It's that time of year again. We are happy to announce that our Wakefield location will open for the season on Thursday, March 12 at noontime," Brickley's wrote on Facebook. "Thank you for your patience. With a little luck we won't have a snowstorm that day! See you soon."
The popular Wakefield ice cream store closed for the season on October 20, a month after the Narragansett store closed on Sept. 17. The company has not announced when the second store will open for the season.
