Sold For $1.85 Million: Narragansett Home

NARRAGANSETT, RI — "Ocean Meadow" has been sold for $1.85 million, Lila Delman Real Estate International said. The price for the property at 95 Old Boston Neck Road is the highest paid in Narragansett year-to-date, according to the realtor. The home, which is located in a private compound, has water views and deeded rights to a private beach. Features include three bedrooms, three and one-half baths, three fireplaces and an attached 2-car garage.
