Fourth quarter sales for 2011 were down over previous months, according to a report by the Rhode Island Association of Realtors.
While South Kingstown's home sales are up from 2010 numbers overall, so far this year, 11 properties have closed in town. That number is down from 19 sales between the same dates in 2011, according to the Statewide Multiple Listing Service, which tracks realtor-aided property sales throughout the state.
