South Kingstown's real estate market is off to a slow start in 2012. With 25 closings so far, property sales trail 2011 numbers. Between the first of the year and Feb. 13, 2011, 33 properties had sold, according to the Statewide Multiple Listing Service, which tracks realtor-aided property sales throughout the state.
