Murphy, 23, attended the University of Florida and was drafted by the Chicago Bulls last year. He saw limited playing time and was traded to the Utah Jazz and then the Cleveland Cavaliers, who in turn traded him to the Celtics guard in a multi-player deal that sent Keith Bogans to the Cavs.
