State Police Arrest South Kingstown Man
Timothy Diaz was wanted for allegedly stealing firearms.

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI — State Police took a South Kingstown man into custody Sunday at 3:45 p.m.
Troopers arrested Timothy Diaz, 27, on an arrest warrant related to a barracks investigation.
Diaz was charged with stealing a firearm (2 counts) and larceny over $1,500, police said. He was also wanted on a bench warrant for missing a court date (failure to appear-ability to pay) on an original South Kingstown police charge of driving on a suspended license.
