'Throttle Down:' Narragansett Police Say
Police have come up with a rhyme to remind drivers about the rules against excessive noise from vehicles: 'When in Town, Throttle Down.'

NARRAGANSETT, RI — If you're revving those engines, you're going to pay a fine. Narragansett police want you to remember the noise is not allowed. They've come up with a rhyme to make it easy to keep in mind: 'When in Town, Throttle Down.'
