Narrow River Dredging Project Sediment Sampling

Foth Infrastructure & Environment (Foth), the Town’s design consultant for the Narrow River Dredging project, is scheduled to be on site Tuesday (10/31) and Wednesday (11/1) alongside its subcontractor, TG&B Marine (TG&B), to collect nine (9) sediment samples between the Boston Neck Rd Bridge (Sprague Bridge) and the mouth of the Narrow River. Sediment sample analysis is required to classify the proposed dredge material for disposal. Sampling will be conducted between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, aboard a white 25-foot long and 8-foot-wide center console skiff with a 16-foot tall A-frame mounted to the center (Vessel Details: Reg #: MS 7846 BK; Name: CC II). Sampling activities in the river may impact channel navigation for the days and times listed above.
