NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing by and before the Zoning and Platting Board of Review of the Town of Narragansett is scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, to consider and act upon the following applications:

APPEAL: Nuttall Properties, Plat S, Lot 90, 11 Defelice Road, of a Notice of Violation of the Town’s zoning ordinances issued by the Zoning Official.
Doherty, Plat N-S, Lot 228, 145 Col. John Gardner Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to Construct a Garage at the above referenced property.

Carter, Plat N, Lot 318-42, 53 Southwest Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4), to construct a rear entry point with steps to the basement and demolish the existing front entry and construct a front porch with steps at the above referenced property.
Stanton, Plat N-S, Lot 454, 257 Col. John Gardner Road, for relief under Chapter 731 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Narragansett, entitled ‘Zoning’, specifically Variances from the Dimensional Regulations (Section 6.4 and Section 6.4(B)), to demolish the existing structures located onsite and construct a 3-bedroom single family dwelling at the above referenced property.
Said petitions are on file in the office of Community Development in the Town Hall and available for review during regular office hours. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Department of Community Development at 401-782-0632, 48-hours in advance of the hearing date.
