Town of Narragansett Notice of Public Hearing: 24-Hour Gas Station License
A hearing will be held on Monday, Sept. 16 to discuss a license request which would allow the Boston Neck Road Shell Station to operate 24 hours a day.
Notice is hereby given by the Town Council of the Town of Narragansett that the following named petitioner has applied for a license to operate a 24-hour gasoline station and convenience store under the provisions of Rhode Island State Law Chapter 5-24-1 for its respective place of business hereinafter set forth, viz:
Colbea Enterprises LLC, dba Shell Gasoline Station and Seasons Convenience Store, 1015 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett, RI, Plat N/R, Lot 146 C.
Remonstrators are entitled to be heard before the granting of said license, and the Town Council will give such remonstrators a fair opportunity to make their objections before acting upon said application.
The above-named application will be in order for hearing at 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at the Narragansett Town Hall, 25 Fifth Avenue, at which time and place all persons so desiring may be heard.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must call (401) 782-0603 seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the meeting date.
