From Dartmouth College: Julie Becher, an East Kingston resident, and Jonathan Rost, a Narragansett resident, were two of Dartmouth College’s six salutatorians for the Class of 2018 who graduated Sunday, June 10, in Hanover, N.H. Julie, a biological chemistry major, plans to be a teaching science fellow for chemistry at Dartmouth, then apply to an MD/PhD program. Jonathan, a neuroscience major, plans to work at Close Concerns in California, doing surveys and other research about diabetes. For more details, see the following Dartmouth News article.
