URI Celebrates 125th Founders' Day
Food, fun and a few speeches turned up on the Quad on Thursday, as URI celebrated 125 years.

KINGSTON, RI—Even the farm animals seemed to be enjoying Founders' Day at the University of Rhode Island. Thursday's party on the Quad had Rhode Island favorites with Del's lemonade and kettle corn among the snacks and a South County band providing the music.
