URI Class of 2011 Commencement Ceremony

Student Speaker was Woonsocket's own Valerie Damon-Leduc, a once public-shy speaker who enthused graduates with a reminder of their power. 

Although the weather not as fair, the air among URI's celebrants overpowered the fickle May Rhode Island sky that welcomed all visitors to the ceremony.
