Bike Newport: Fiscal and Ethical Integrity....continued

I want to reiterate my offer to Bike Newport: I will pay for a independent, mutually agreed upon, third party to review Bike Newport salary levels, hiring process, board conduct.  Sounds fair?  This will allow the public to evaluate the performance of the organization (presently that does not exist) and clear the way for future success in serving the Newport community.
