What does it mean to share the road? To follow the bicycle rules of the road? to make the safest decisions? AARP-RI, The Newport Community Police and Bike Newport invite you to a Bicycling Class for Community Leaders. The goal of the class is to understand our expectations of both resident and visitor cyclists and to support the city's initiative to correct dangerous cycling habits in Newport.
