HALLOWEEN BIKE RIDE!! MOVED TO MONDAY 10/31 5:00pm: Get your Halloween groove on! We're starting and ending at Eisenhower Park, Washington Square. 4.5 mile ride to circle city. (Not meant for children to ride solo.) Go wild with your costume, but don't get caught in your spokes (!) Please have lights on your bike.
