In this lively hands-on class a Newport Cooks! Chef will lead everyone through preparing a 3-course Gourmet Mac & Cheese dinner. Our Chef will teach handy knife skills, oven basics, sautéing techniques, equipment & tools to use for the job and a bit of the food science behind how it all works. Students will get to taste everything they make and go home with all of the recipes and lots of new knowledge to put to use in the kitchen.
