In this hands on class Amanda Bryan of It's My Party Bake Shoppe, will teach us how to make a variety of delicious cupcake recipes and share a tried-and-true cookie recipe. She’ll also share the secret to perfectly icing a cookie to get that beautiful even fondant glaze. And, then it’s time to get creative! Amanda will bring all of her tools & toppings and demonstrate a number of piping and decorating techniques. Then everyone will have the opportunity to decorate both cupcakes and cookies for Valentine’s Day (or for any occasion you choose). You’ll leave class with lots of great recipes, decorated iced cookies and decorated cupcakes. Class fee: $50
