Come take the "Plunge" with United Way of Rhode Island's Young Leaders Circle (YLC) to raise money for their Community Impact Fund. One hundred percent (100%) of donations raised will go to United Way-funded programs that help East Bay residents in need. This YLC fundraiser is in conjunction with the Newport Winter Festival and the Newport Polar Bears!
