First Southcoast Table Tennis Open Tournament

Smash Table Tennis Club, a USA Table Tennis (USATT) sanctioned club in Fall River, Massachusetts, is excited to announce that it will be hosting the first Smash December 2014 Open Tournament this weekend December 13 and 14, 2014. There will be 12 events organized according to player’s ratings and for those players that are not rated but still wish to participate.

Six Beginner and Intermediate events, along with an Unrated and a Junior (under 18 years old, rated or unrated) event, will take place on Saturday, December 13, beginning at 9:00AM. An Over 50 years old (rated or unrated), Advanced and the Open category will take place on Sunday, December 14, beginning at 9:00AM.

This event is FREE to all spectators. Member of the public and press are invited.

About the Smash Table Tennis Club

A full time Table Tennis Club in Fall River, Massachusetts, the Smash Table Tennis Club offers athletic table tennis programs, casual ping pong sessions, and lessons for players of all levels, ages and physical ability.

The 4500 square foot facility houses 8 Joola 3000SC Table Tennis tables, a semi-private room with a table and robot for specialized training, a pro-shop, and a snack bar and lounge with free wi-fi and cable TV.
