Lost Fathers: A Poetry and Prose Duet About September 11, 2001
Saturday, November 14 at 3:00 pm at the Redwood Library a poetry reading by Dr. Edward McCorrie from his new book "Pretend Ballads"
Join us at the Redwood Library & Athenaeum on Saturday, November 14 at 3:00 pm for a poetry reading by Dr. Edward McCorrie, Professor Emeritus of English at Providence College, from his new book, Pretend Ballads, inspired by the children who lost their fathers on September 11, 2001. Dr. McCorrie will be accompanied by Dr. Beatrice Beebe, Clinical Professor of Medical Psychology, who will provide psychoanalytic insights to the experiences the children of September 11 encountered. Free and all are welcome.
