The Newport Lions Club has started its eyescreening program in schools "on the island". Members screen students vision and report any children to the school nurse.
Our Sight Coomittee provides further exams and eyeglasses to children in need.
If you can't see the blackboard, you can't do well in school - Lola the Lion!
