The woman told police that Nealy elbowed her on the side of the head and pushed her as he was walking out of the door. There were no marks or bruises on her face and head, police said, and she then “started punching herself on the left side of her neck to show were she was pushed,” according to a police report.
The woman declined medical treatment.

Nealy reportedly said he was hanging out with the woman because they were friends. He denied hitting the woman.
Police eventually learned there was a no-contact order in effect and took Nealy into custody.
Nealy allegedly was uncooperative while at police headquarters.
He was held overnight for arraignment on Tuesday.
