Newport resident Carole Devine's passion to raise awareness for Alzheimer's has no boundaries.

Newport resident Carole Devine’s passion to raise awareness for Alzheimer’s has no boundaries. Devine, along with a team of supporters, will participate in the Northeastern Massachusetts Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Sunday, September 21 at Brickstone Square, 200 Brickstone Square, Andover.

Team Devine will participate for a second year in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. They walk in memory of her father, John Devine.

“Last year was an amazing event bringing people together who have been affected by Alzheimer’s with the hope that we can help and aid in the efforts to find a cure for this disease,” Devine said. “My father bravely faced Alzheimer’s with great strength. Personally, I was committed to help this wonderful man in any way possible as he did for me and so many others throughout our lives.”
