Partial Fee Waiver - Thank You for the Support

Good News - I received a letter from the CM last night.  She has granted a fee waiver for staff time for my FOIA request.  So it looks like I am only going to be obligated to pay for the cost of copying the documents I requested.

The CM has advised that future requests from me will be billed for staff time and for copying costs. I am not sure how that will work, but I am grateful for the waiver, and am looking forward to beginning the New Year with a fresh start.

Thanks to all who helped nudge the CM toward granting this partial waiver - $1,018.65 would have been a lot of money to pay for basic info about the city!
