St. Clare-Newport, Visiting Nurse Services of Newport and Bristol Counties, and the Diocese of Providence are pleased to invite you to participate in a six week educational program designed to provide self-care education for caregivers.
6 SESSIONS:

“Powerful Tools” is designed to make a difference in the lives of caregivers of persons over 60 who
require care and are living either at home in the community, with a loved one, or in a residential
assisted living or nursing facility.
“Powerful Tools” will change the way the caregivers care for themselves, cope with personal stress, and master care-giving decisions as well as improve their ability to communicate their own needs.
