The Preserve at the Bay Club Breaks Ground on Three New Home Sites

The Preserve at the Bay Club (The Preserve), a luxurious, country-club community nestled within the Bay Club at Mattapoisett, announced today that it has broken ground on three new homes, with two additional groundbreakings planned for the coming weeks. Notably, only 10 of the original 26 home sites from Phase 1 are left for reservation at the South Coast community.
