“His mission is to bring back authentic, traditional Key West-Cuban cooking to South Florida and introduce that style to other parts of the world,” according to a release.

For Newporters, seafood is a staple, so Liz will have to work hard to offer something truly unique. That’s why he’ll be bringing his authentic Cuban and Caribbean recipes to the City-by-the-Sea and incorporating the fresh local ingredients available here in New England.
