Latest Rhode Island Weather: Hazardous Weather Outlook into Wednesday Morning

The rain will continue into Wednesday before clearing up Thursday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Rhode Island.

DAY ONE...Tonight. Periods of moderate to heavy rain will occur into early Wednesday morning. Typical brief nuisance poor drainage street flooding is possible, but if that occurs it should be rather minor and short-lived. No significant flooding is expected.

The weekend looks more seasonable, with highs in the 70s and some clouds.
