Weekend Weather: End Of Cold Snap Brings Snow, Sleet

Winter is maintaining its grip on Southern New England. While a week of unseasonably firigd temperatures is coming to a close, more snow and sleet is in the forecast for the weekend ahead.

Temperatures aren't expected to break the mid-30s on Friday, but sunny skies and highs in the mid-40s are expected on Saturday. Wintry weather is expected to arrive on Saturday night, with a mixture of snow and sleet turning into rain on Sunday. Little to no snow accumulation is expected in Rhode Island.
