A wheelchair memorial honoring a Newport man who died in January has been stolen.
Robert Silvia, 57, died Jan. 22 when a vehicle struck him on Memorial Boulevard while he was in his wheelchair.
The Associated Press reported a wheelchair was placed at the crash site as a memorial, but it was stolen.
